Dr. Kimberly Westberry has worked as a forensic chemist for the United States Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory for nearly a decade, specializing in DNA research and emerging drug analysis. A PhD chemist and former Department of Defense SMART Scholar, she has published extensively and holds multiple patents. Her expertise spans DNA body fluid identification, seized drug analysis, and evolving drug trends.

His work is driven by firsthand experience and a commitment to supporting those who deliver care in the field

Join Christian Donley from Baltimore City Fire Department as he discusses what led to getting the Facilities module and the data he has been about to retrieve from one of our newer modules.

Christian Donley is an EMS Captain with the Baltimore City Fire Department, bringing 18 years of EMS experience, including 13 with the department. He serves in the Logistics Division, helping implement Operative IQ to enhance inventory tracking, cost management, and communication. He also serves as a paid Quartermaster for the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Department, supporting operational readiness and the department’s ISO 1 rating.

Join Nick Adams from Cobb County Fire Department as he discusses his process to get up and running with the Narcotics module.

Nick Adams, MPA, Paramedic, is EMS Division Chief for Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services in Georgia, overseeing clinical operations, logistics, and controlled substance management. With 30 years in EMS, he specializes in building defensible, high-reliability systems that prevent diversion and stand up to audits. He also co-hosts the Standard of Care podcast on legal and ethical issues in emergency care.

Joshua Hendrix

Joshua Hendrix is a Georgia native with extensive experience in public safety logistics. After 11 years at Grady EMS, where he managed large-scale coordination and logistics operations, he joined OPIQ in 2019. He now leads strategic project rollouts while supporting daily operational demands, bringing clinical precision and efficiency backed by his degree in Surgical Technology.

Kyle Wolber will kick off ENGAGE 2026 with an energizing session focused on preparing for the future of EMS operations.

Kyle Wolber, EMT-B, is the Director of Logistics for Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service in Elmhurst, Illinois. He also serves as the Region III Director for the American Ambulance Association and Fire Commissioner with the Winfield Fire Protection District. Since 2016, he has focused on improving operations and logistics through data-driven strategies.
