Where can I view the schedule for ENGAGE 2026?

What is the registration fee?

When will I be able to register for ENGAGE 2026?
Registration is not open yet. Please check back soon for updates on when registration will open.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee provides you with full access to the conference, including meals and the Welcome Reception on Monday, March 30, 2026, as well as a swag bag and t-shirt. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all three days, dinner will only be provided during the Welcome Reception. Please note the registration fee does not include travel and accommodation.
How can I pay for my registration? Will I receive a receipt?
Once you have registered, you will receive an invoice from the Operative IQ Accounting Team. After payment is received, you will be emailed a receipt.
I have completed my registration. When and where can I pick up my badge?
Badges will be printed and handed out on-site at ENGAGE 2026.
I can no longer attend ENGAGE 2026, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Transfer requests should be sent to marketing@operativeiq.com. To ensure a smooth transfer, please make sure the original attendee and replacement names are copied on the request. Transfer requests will be accepted until Monday, March 23, 2026.
What is the cancellation policy?
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend the conference, you can cancel your registration by contacting marketing@operativeiq.com. Cancellations made on or after Monday, March 23, 2026, will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. Cancellations made before Monday, March 23, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
I am not able to attend all 3 days of the conference. Is there a one-day pass?
Day passes are not available for ENGAGE.
I need to get management's approval to attend conferences. Do you have any suggestions on how I can express the benefits to my boss to approve my registration for ENGAGE?
Yes! We have a flyer and justification letter you can use to help articulate the benefits.

ENGAGE will follow all safety regulations set by the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center.

When should I plan to arrive in Atlanta for ENGAGE?
We recommend arriving Sunday, March 29, 2026 as badge pick-up will be Monday, March 30, 2026 from 8AM - 9AM, with the first session starting at 9AM.
What hotels are available? Is there a room block?
There will be a room block at the host hotel. Please check back soon for a reservation link.
When is the cutoff date to book my room at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center?
The cutoff date to book a hotel room is Monday, March 9, 2026.
How do I make changes to my reservation?
Please contact the hotel directly for changes to your hotel reservation using the link found in your confirmation email or by calling 770-953-4500.
How do I get a copy of my receipt for my stay?
Please contact the hotel directly for your reservation receipt.
What is Atlanta Marriott NW at Galleria's cancellation policy?
The hotel must be notified of cancellations 3 days before arrival to avoid any fees. If canceled within 3 days, the hotel will charge the credit card on file the cost of 1 night's stay + tax.
How far is the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center from the airport?
The Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center is approximately 20.8 miles from Hartsfield Jackson Airport, which is roughly a 25-minute drive.
Is parking available at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center?
The Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center offers valet and self-parking. Valet-parking is $45.00 overnight, self-parking is $35.00 with in and out privileges.
