REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
What is the registration fee?
Super Early Bird pricing is available through February 29, 2024 and is $675.00 USD. Early Bird pricing will be available March 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024 and is $725.00 USD. Regular pricing will be available July 1, 2024 through the first day of the conference, November 11, 2024, and is $775.00 USD.
When will I be able to register for ENGAGE 2024?
Registration opened on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee provides you with full access to the conference, including meals and the Welcome Reception on Monday, November 11, 2024, as well as a swag bag and t-shirt. Please note it does not include travel and accommodation.
How can I pay for my registration? Will I receive a receipt?
Once you have registered, you will receive an invoice from the Operative IQ Accounting Team. After payment is received, you will be emailed a receipt.
I have completed my registration. When and where can I pick up my badge?
Badges will be printed and handed out on-site at ENGAGE 2024 starting Monday, November 11, 2024 at 8AM.
I can no longer attend ENGAGE 2024, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Transfer requests should be sent to marketing@operativeiq.com. To ensure a smooth transfer, please make sure the original attendee and replacement names are copied on the request. Transfer requests will be accepted until Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
What is the cancellation policy?
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend the conference, you can cancel your registration by contacting marketing@operativeiq.com. Cancellations made on or after Tuesday, November 5, 2024, will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. Cancellations made before Tuesday, November 5, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
I am not able to attend all 3 days of the conference. Is there a one-day pass?
Day passes are not available for ENGAGE.
I need to get management's approval to attend conferences. Do you have any suggestions on how I can express the benefits to my boss to approve my registration for ENGAGE?
Yes! We have a flyer and justification letter you can use to help articulate the benefits.

When should I plan to arrive in Atlanta for ENGAGE?
We recommend arriving Sunday, November 10, 2024 as badge pick-up will be Monday, November 11, 2024 from 8AM - 9AM, with the first session starting at 9AM.

What is Atlanta Marriott NW at Galleria's cancellation policy?
The hotel must be notified of cancellations 48 hours before arrival to avoid any fees. If canceled within 48 hours, the hotel will charge the credit card on file the cost of 1 night's stay + tax.
